Dining Out Out On The HC G. Diet And Still Lose Weight

Most people have a lot of fun with dining in restaurants. A diet that is not permit this is sure to fail in the long run. The secret is to plan ahead when you’re dining out. At home it’s much easier when you have control of portions and preparations.

1. Read the menu most restaurants have on-line menus. It takes only a few minutes to determine if your restaurant choice can provide the foods needed in the hCG diet.

2. Having a protein snack before you leave home is one of the least known secrets. This might be a quick snack such as a cheese stick or apple or even half a protein bar or shake. This prevents arriving at the restaurant hungry with a low-blood sugar.Low blood sugar causes hunger and making all kinds of mistakes.

3. Make sure there’s no bread basket on the table. Whether it’s a basket of rolls or tortilla chips or even crispy noodles, everyone starts sampling these snacks. It’s almost impossible to avoid eating snacks if you arrive at the restaurant hungry.

4. Order a soup, but remember to keep away from creamy soups or soups and those that have sugar.

5. Switch the starches just add extra vegetables.Two portions of vegetables produces fullness and has no carbs or fat.

6. Watch how the entrée is prepared. Avoid any foods are fried, have batter or are fatty. Try grilled, blackened, steamed and baked. Avoid the sauces.

7. Have a zero calorie beverage: diet sodas or ice tea.

8. Salad dressings. This is a serious problem in dining out. You cannot trust salad dressings in an open container. It may or may not be non fat and low in calories. Try vinegar or a little olive oil and vinegar. Some people will bring their own salad dressings to a restaurant.

8. Enjoy a desert. Here is one of the potential problems on the hCG diet almost all desserts have too many carbs or fat for the hCG diet. Stick with fruits like berries or melons. A sugar-free sorbet may be acceptable but since you don’t have a label you’re really not sure. If in doubt skip.
